Eton Electronics completes registration of subsidiary in Thailand

According to the announcement, Eton Electronics has completed the establishment and registration of its Thai subsidiary and successfully obtained the registration certificate issued by the local administrative department. The newly established Thai subsidiary is called Taihua Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 5 million baht, of which Guangdong Eton Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. holds 98% and Eton (Hong Kong) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. holds 2%.
