Aikodi plans to acquire 71% equity of Zhuoerbo Precision Electromechanical Co., Ltd.

On January 3, 2025, Aikodi and three natural person shareholders signed the Equity Acquisition Intention Agreement, intending to purchase 71% of the equity of Zhuoerbo (Ningbo) Precision Electromechanical Co., Ltd. held by the transaction party through the issuance of shares and payment of cash. Zhuoerbo was established in 2016 and is a professional motor parts manufacturer. Its products are widely used in automotive motors, power tool motors, household appliance motors, etc.
