Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd.'s new project is about to enter the trial production stage. The project includes the company's headquarters, production and manufacturing center, and R&D center, located in Songshan Lake Ecological Park, with a total investment of 8 billion yuan. The project is expected to build a large-scale production base with an annual output of 1.2 million 6-inch and 8-inch silicon carbide epitaxial wafers.
