In its strategic plan for 2025, Yaoxin Microelectronics will focus on application areas such as vehicle-mounted air compressors, vehicle-mounted OBCs, auxiliary power supplies, fuel cells, and photovoltaic storage and charging, and accelerate small batch production in application areas such as server power supplies, commercial satellites, and commercial energy storage batteries. At the same time, the company will complete its layout in emerging fields such as robots and low-altitude economy. In terms of technological iteration, the company will realize the family layout of the new generation of 1200V Gen 5 products and the mass production of 8-inch wafers, and launch the next-generation Gen 6 platform for the entire voltage range to continuously improve the competitiveness of SiC products.
