Stellantis completes sale of majority stake in robotics business Comau to One Equity Partners

Stellantis announced that it has officially completed the sale of a majority stake in its robotics business Comau to One Equity Partners. One Equity Partners will become Comau's controlling shareholder with a 50.1% stake, while Stellantis will continue to remain a minority shareholder with a 49.9% stake.
