Dongfeng Motor Group recently responded to recent rumors about its building a factory in Italy, saying that the current contact with the Italian government is still in the initial stage and no substantive contact has been carried out. Previously, there were reports that Dongfeng Motor Group was considering building a factory in Italy with an annual production capacity of more than 100,000 vehicles and had started negotiations with the Italian government.
