Renault CFO Piton to resign, Medtronic to hire new CFO

French carmaker Renault's chief financial officer, Piton, will resign next month. Renault announced on Tuesday that Piton will leave on February 28 and appoint Minto, the current chief financial officer of the group's sports car manufacturer Alpine, as the company's new chief financial officer, whose term will begin on March 1. On the same day, medical technology company Medtronic also issued a statement announcing that Piton will serve as the company's new chief financial officer, and his term will begin on March 3.
