Xpeng Motors Completes Acquisition of Didi’s Smart Car Development Business Assets

On August 14, Xpeng Motors announced that it had allotted and issued 4,636,447 Class A common shares to Didi as SOP consideration shares in accordance with the share purchase agreement, completing the acquisition of Didi's smart car development business assets. The total consideration for this transaction is approximately HK$5.835 billion.
