At the same time, Zhang Yu, the head of perception at QINGZHOU Zhihang, also left his original company and joined Xpeng Motors. Dong Yuanqiang previously worked at Utopia Compression, Nvidia, and Tencent. He joined Xpeng Motors in 2021 and became the general manager of intelligent driving perception in November 2023. Zhang Yu worked as a software development engineer at Waymo Research and later joined QINGZHOU Zhihang, responsible for the development of perception module algorithms.
