NIO launches new autonomous driving technology “Nio World Model”

NIO recently released its new autonomous driving technology - Nio World Model (NWM). This technology mainly allows the model to master the laws of the world by learning and understanding driving scenarios. The core of NWMs is to use a large amount of data collected by high-precision sensors to enable the system to automatically learn and understand the environment and physical laws, thereby achieving a deep understanding of driving scenarios. In addition, NIO has also developed a virtual test platform called NSim for it, which uses Gaussian Splatting technology to accurately reconstruct the 3D world, allowing the autonomous driving system to be tested and optimized in various complex environments.
