JLR's connected fleet generates 2.5 TB of data per day, driving the company's digital transformation

JLR’s connected fleet generates 2.5 TB of data per day, with an average of 500,000 electronic control units (ECUs) updated per month over the past 12 months. Using the Tata Communications MOVE™ platform will increase this data exchange and enable JLR’s engineers to leverage deeper insights, monitor vehicle performance in real time, and deliver more timely over-the-air updates, thereby improving vehicle maintenance and servicing, and reducing costs for both owners and JLR.
