STMicroelectronics increases R&D investment in China

Cao Zhiping, president of STMicroelectronics China, said that the Chinese automotive market is one of the main drivers of STMicroelectronics' further global growth. STMicroelectronics has built seven technology innovation centers in China and transferred technology to Chinese wafer fabs, including patented processes such as BCD6 and BCD8.
