Global semiconductor market sales grow, expected to be stronger in third quarter

According to the latest statistics from the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), global semiconductor market sales reached US$149.9 billion in the second quarter of 2024, a year-on-year increase of 18.3% and a month-on-month increase of 6.5%. It is expected that the third quarter will achieve a month-on-month increase of more than 23%.
