Horizon Robotics has raised over $3.4 billion in total financing, with a valuation of over $8.71 billion

Since its establishment, Horizon Robotics has completed 11 rounds of financing, with a total financing of more than US$3.4 billion and a company valuation of more than US$8.71 billion. Its shareholder lineup is strong, including Volkswagen, SAIC, BYD, CATL, Hynix, Yunfeng Fund, Hillhouse Capital, Sequoia Capital, etc. In the shareholder structure before listing, Dr. Yu Kai held 16.95% of the shares through Everest Robotics Limited and had 55.95% of the voting rights, becoming the actual controller. In the face of changes in market demand, Horizon Robotics released a new generation of Journey 6 series in April 2024 based on Journey 2, Journey 3 and Journey 5. The Journey 6 series includes six versions, namely Journey 6B, Journey 6L, Journey 6E, Journey 6M, Journey 6H and Journey 6P, which provide performance and cost optimization solutions for different intelligent driving scenarios.
