UAE energy company Masdar selects CATL as preferred battery supplier for world’s largest combined solar and battery storage project

On January 20, according to multiple media reports, the UAE energy company Masdar announced that CATL has become the preferred battery energy storage system supplier for the UAE RTC, the world's largest solar and battery combined energy storage project. Once completed, this project will become the world's first large-scale all-weather power generation project, capable of achieving 1GW of clean power generation 24 hours a day.
