The installation volume of SiC modules of Xinju Energy Semiconductor exceeds 400,000 vehicles

As the first third-party silicon carbide module supplier equipped with passenger car main drive, Xinju Energy Semiconductor has added 6 new car companies and 10 project points in 2024, and has more than 30 global partners and customers. In the field of new energy vehicle main drive application, its market share ranks among the top two in China and the top four in the world. In Q1 2024, its market share reached 37.16%, ranking first in the market share of SiC MOS main drive power modules for Chinese brand new energy passenger cars. As of December 2024, its SiC power module series products have been installed in more than 400,000 new energy vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 300%.
