Zhanxin Electronics will launch a number of new products in 2024, with sales performance increasing significantly

Relying on the wafer factory in Zhejiang, Zhanxin Electronics has successively launched the second-generation 650V automotive-grade SiC MOSFET, the third-generation 1200V SiC MOSFET, 2000V SiC MOSFET and SBD products in 2024. In the past year, the company's sales performance has achieved an increase of more than 100%, with a cumulative delivery of more than 16 million SiC MOSFET products, more than 18 million SiC SBD products, and nearly 60 million driver chips.
