Honda expands North American electric vehicle production, introduces 6100T die-casting island to produce IPU housing

Honda Motor is expanding its electric vehicle (EV) production operations in North America to strengthen its supply system and prepare for continued growth in demand in the region. The company is establishing an Electric Vehicle Center (EV Hub) in Marysville, Ohio, which will begin producing EVs this year while continuing to produce existing internal combustion engine vehicles and hybrid vehicles.
