China Micro Corporation sued the US Department of Defense, demanding the revocation of the wrong decision

China's leading etching machine company, China Microelectronics Corporation, has formally filed a lawsuit in a US court, suing the US Department of Defense for its wrong decision to include it in the Chinese Military Enterprise List ("CMC List"). China Micro believes that the decision has no factual basis, violates procedural justice, and seriously damages its reputation. Although China Micro actively communicated and provided evidence, the US Department of Defense ignored it, so China Micro chose to seek justice through legal means.
