The INEOS Group behind INEOS Automotive is a world-renowned petrochemical company headquartered in Rolle, Switzerland. Founder Jim Ratcliffe has a deep affection for classic British off-road vehicles, so he founded INEOS Automotive and acquired the Mercedes-Benz smart factory in Hambach, France for production in 2020.
