Cambrian’s former CTO Liang Jun was sued and asked to transfer his shares

It is said that Liang Jun, the former CTO of Cambricon, revealed in his circle of friends that he was sued as the defendant and was required to transfer his 11,523,184 shares of Cambricon at a price of 250,674 yuan and 275,741 yuan respectively. The case will be heard in the Haidian Court on January 23, 2025. Liang Jun has filed a labor dispute lawsuit with the Haidian Court in this matter, requesting a ruling that he had a labor relationship with Cambricon from October 18, 2017 to February 10, 2022, and requiring Cambricon to compensate him for his equity incentive loss of 4.286,624,448 yuan.
