Honda CEO hopes to cooperate with Nissan after its financial stability

Honda Motor CEO Toshihiro Mibe stressed at a joint news conference that the partnership between the two companies can only continue if Nissan is on solid financial footing. Honda predicts that Nissan's annual operating profit needs to triple by fiscal 2026 for the merger plan to succeed.
