Wolfspeed's German SiC production line construction delayed

Wolfspeed will postpone its plan to build a factory in Germany. The construction of the 8-inch SiC factory in Germany will not start until mid-2025 at the earliest, two years later than the original target. The reason is that the electric vehicle market in Europe and the United States is weak and the company has cut capital expenditures.
