According to Tianyancha information, the National Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) was established on January 17 with a capital contribution of 60.06 billion yuan. The fund's partners include Guozhitou (Shanghai) Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund III Co., Ltd. Guozhitou was established in 2024 and is a member of Shanghai Guosheng Group with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The Big Fund Phase III was registered and established on May 24, 2024 with a registered capital of 344 billion yuan. The Big Fund Phase III plans to invest in the entire semiconductor industry chain, aiming to guide social capital to increase multi-channel financing support for the semiconductor industry.
