Tianke Heda's silicon carbide substrate production capacity distribution

Currently, Tianke Heda has a total of five silicon carbide substrate production projects. These projects are located in Beijing, Jiangsu and other places. Among them, the first phase of the project in Beijing has completed environmental protection acceptance in November 2022, and is expected to produce 150,000 6-inch silicon carbide substrates annually. The project in Jiangsu is expected to produce 60,000 4-8-inch silicon carbide substrates annually. The other two projects are located in Xuzhou, Jiangsu and Bao'an District, Shenzhen, with expected production capacities of 160,000 and 250,000 pieces respectively.
