An owner of a Xiaopeng G9 revealed that on December 14 last year, her car caught fire while driving on the Changtai Expressway, and the entire car was burned. The owner said that although the insurance company handled the total loss, the property in the car was greatly damaged, so she sought compensation from the manufacturer.
