Zhuoyu Technology recently completed two rounds of industrial and commercial changes. In the first round, Shenzhen BYD Chuangxin Materials Co., Ltd., Suzhou Shenqilina Green Equity Investment Partnership, and Jiaxing Junyu Equity Investment Partnership were added as shareholders, while the second round introduced the Advanced Manufacturing Industry Investment Fund Phase II. The company's registered capital also increased from 67.9886 million yuan to 77.505691 million yuan, an increase of 14%. In addition, the company's board of directors has added 7 new members, including the new chairman Wei Yiman, as well as directors Li Qian, Wu Jianfeng, Shen Shaojie, Lu Da, and supervisors Xin Junqing and Wang Jilei.
