Intel purchases first ASML Twinscan EXE:5000

Intel has purchased the first Twinscan EXE:5000 lithography machine produced by ASML. It is reported that ASML has only produced 8 Twinscan EXE:5000s so far. Intel is the first customer to purchase it and has already ordered several more.
