Uzbekistan plans to purchase 1,000 new buses

Officials of the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan discussed the procurement of 1,000 new buses for Tashkent with representatives of China's Yutong Bus Company. The two sides exchanged views on the ongoing project to purchase 200 electric buses and discussed key issues of vehicle modernization and improvement of the country's public transport system.
