Nvidia plans to adopt FOPLP technology by 2026 to ease CoWoS capacity pressure

In order to cope with the tight production capacity of CoWoS, NVIDIA plans to introduce FOPLP technology by 2026. This move has also been supported by Intel and AMD, who have joined the ranks of FOPLP and driven related industry chain manufacturers such as ASE, Powertech, and Innolux to accelerate their layout.
