Volkswagen China appoints new head to promote local technology research and development

Starting from April 1 this year, Volkswagen China announced that Thomas Ulbrich, a member of the Volkswagen brand's management board responsible for the "New Mobility" business, will take over from Marcus Hafkemeyer to be responsible for the group's R&D work in China, promote the localization of the group's product portfolio technology in China, and serve as CEO of VCTC.
