Ford wins patent for drone takeoff and landing on pickup truck

Ford recently obtained a patent for a drone landing platform for pickup trucks. The development of this technology means that future Ford pickup trucks may be equipped with a drone landing platform. Ford has submitted many patents for the use of drones, and this new patent mainly involves the docking system between drones and pickup trucks. Users can release the drone through the roof skylight of the pickup truck's driver's seat, and after the mission is completed, the drone can land safely on the pickup truck's rear cushion.
