Changsha's fifth phase of intelligent networked vehicle test roads, based on the 317 kilometers of open test roads in the first four phases, added "two stations and one airport" (Changsha Railway Station, Changsha South High-speed Railway Station, Huanghua Airport) roads, Malanshan area, Changsha Economic Development Zone area, etc., and expanded from the original Meixi Lake and Yanghu areas within the Hunan Xiangjiang New District to the entire new district, with a total of 732.55 kilometers of new mileage.
