Can SK On reverse its predicament by completing a “three-party merger”?

On February 6, SK China announced that SK On had completed the merger with SK Trading International and SK Enterm and officially operated as a "global battery and trading company." After the merger, SK On plans to strengthen the upstream raw material supply chain and expand the lithium, nickel and other mineral trading markets to enhance its competitiveness.
