Magic Vision Smart announced that it has completed a RMB 150 million Series B financing, led by Boxin Capital, followed by Rongxi Investment, Jinbang Capital, Zifeng Capital, Relay Fund and Huayu Capital. After this round of financing, Magic Vision Smart will expand its R&D centers in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou and Australia and its production and manufacturing center in Nantong, Jiangsu, to accelerate the development of core technologies and products for autonomous driving, strengthen localized support and services for customers, and promote the mass production of autonomous driving. Magic Vision Smart was founded in early 2015 and has three major product lines: passenger car pre-installed, commercial vehicle pre-installed, and active safety intelligent vehicle-mounted equipment. It has a full stack of autonomous driving core technologies from algorithms, software to hardware, covering perception, fusion, positioning, planning and control, etc., which can respond to the needs of various levels, scenarios and functions of autonomous driving.
