China Resources Microelectronics launches multiple new power module products to boost the development of new energy vehicles

China Resources Microelectronics recently held a new power module product launch conference in Xiyong Micro-Electronic Park, launching a series of new products including various PIM modules, automotive-grade main drive modules and IPM modules based on high-voltage super junction MOS, IGBT and SiC. These products are mainly used in new energy vehicle OBC, main drive, new energy power generation, industrial control, white goods and other fields. These products have the characteristics of high power density, low switching loss and high heat dissipation, which can significantly improve the system efficiency and driving range of new energy vehicles.
