Neusoft Reach completes first financing

On the evening of October 11, Neusoft Group announced that its subsidiary Neusoft Rich has completed the first round of financing of 650 million yuan. Among them, SDIC Merchants invested 600 million yuan and De Zaihou invested 50 million yuan. After the completion of this investment, SDIC Merchants will hold 9.30% of Neusoft Rich, De Zaihou will hold 0.78% of Neusoft Rich, and Neusoft Rich will no longer be included in the scope of Neusoft Group's consolidated financial statements. After the completion of this round of financing, Neusoft Rich's post-investment valuation is 6.448 billion yuan.
