Montage Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will sign a purchase agreement with Intel Corporation and its subsidiaries for no more than RMB 106 million. The agreement is to meet the needs of the company's business development and involves the purchase of raw materials, R&D tools and services. Montage Technology stated that the Jintai® CPU project was developed in cooperation with Intel and the company will purchase its products.
