Volvo Cars apologizes to owners for parts issue

On February 12, Volvo Cars issued an apology statement to car owners regarding the issue of non-original accessories of the "Bowers & Vikins center speaker" and "crystal gear lever" that came with its S60 sedan. Some 4S stores replaced the original accessories with third-party accessories, among which the English name of "Bowers & Vikins" was changed to "Bowers & Vikins", and the "crystal gear lever" could not emit light.
