Recently, the registered capital of Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund (Phase II) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Integrated Circuit Fund II") increased by RMB 6.93 billion to RMB 14.53 billion. After the capital increase, Pudong Venture Capital became a new shareholder. Since its establishment in 2016, the fund has invested in a number of semiconductor companies, including some listed and unlisted companies. Since its establishment, the Phase II fund has made relatively few overseas investments, mainly investing in companies under SMIC and Changdian Technology.
