Major shareholders of AVIC Intelligent Network

At the beginning of 2020, China Automotive Intelligence added four new investors, namely: Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., Ltd., General Motors (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Bosch (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Hexagon Measurement Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., and added several directors and supervisors. The registered capital increased from 900 million yuan to 1.1 billion yuan, an increase of 22.22%. At present, China Automotive Intelligence has 22 shareholders, mainly including FAW, Dongfeng, Changan, GAC, BAIC, Yutong, Jiangling, China Automotive Technology Research Center, Beijing Automotive Research Institute Co., Ltd., Tus-Cloud Control, Zhejiang Asia Pacific, Shanghai Baolong, Desay SV, NavInfo and other companies. Each shareholder has invested RMB 50 million and holds 5.56% of the shares.
