Progress of the implementation of iVBB2.0 of China Automotive Intelligent Control

In November 2021, GAC Intelligent Control released iVBB2.0. Version 2.0 comprehensively upgraded the product family members ICVOS, ICVHW, and ICVEC, and launched the new member of the iVBB product family, information security and data security ICVSEC, for the first time. iVBB2.0 supports the entire series of self-developed chips and mainstream hardware platforms and self-developed hardware platforms on the market; the internal open decoupling of the OS supports OEMs to build their own OS based on the GAC Intelligent Control ICT digital base. The provided OS modules can be tailored and embedded in the OEM OS, enabling OEMs to build a "soul"; iVBB2.0 enables OEMs and more stakeholders to develop quickly through a functional software framework, helping OEMs establish a core ecosystem. Basic services such as networked cloud control, data security, information security, and OTA break the information island of a single vehicle, become a node in the big Internet of Things, and establish a true vehicle-cloud collaborative product system; at the same time, a series of SDKs, 100+APIs, and 200+ messages were released, including popular smart driving application SDKs such as autonomous parking and pilot assistance, to support OEMs in the rapid development of smart driving applications. The product concept of iVBB2.0 of AVIC Intelligent Control has been recognized by OEM partners such as Yutong, BYD, Changan, GAC, Great Wall, and Weichai, and joint development based on iVBB2.0 with partners has been fully launched.
