SK Hynix prepares to start HBM production at M15X plant

Due to the strong demand for HBM, SK Hynix has dispatched engineers to the M15X fab in South Korea to prepare for production. The M15X fab is expected to start production in the fourth quarter of this year, and is currently making all-out preparations. SK Hynix will determine the scale of the dispatched personnel for the M15X fab next week and arrange for relevant personnel to arrive at the fab in early March.
