In the fourth quarter of 2024, SMIC's revenue came from China, accounting for 89.1%, the United States, accounting for 8.9%, and Eurasia, accounting for 2%. By wafer size, the revenue share of 12-inch wafers in the fourth quarter rose to 80.6%, and the revenue share of 8-inch wafers was 19.4%.
