CRRC's medium and low voltage power device industrialization project enters the final sprint stage in Yixing

The CRRC medium and low voltage power device industrialization project located in Yixing Economic Development Zone has entered the final sprint stage and is expected to be partially put into production next month. The project is invested and constructed by Yixing CRRC Times Semiconductor Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 5.9 billion yuan. It mainly produces 8-inch medium and low voltage IGBT wafers for new energy vehicles. The project was launched at the end of May last year, the main plant was capped in December last year, the first batch of chips were successfully rolled off the production line in June this year, and it will be officially put into production in September.
