United Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. is committed to the development, production and sales of gasoline engine management systems, transmission control systems, body electronics, hybrid and electric drive control systems. As the epitome of electric drive products, United Electronics took the lead in launching three-in-one integrated electric drive products and successfully delivered 100kW three-in-one electric bridges in batches in 2020. In order to meet the different power, torque and efficiency requirements of customers, United Electronics has successively launched EAU130, EAU150, EAU200, 800V EAU250 SiC electric bridges and 400V EAU150 &EAU200 SiC electric bridges and other products, and developed and integrated electronic parking, electronic clutch, intelligent boost module and other innovative functions on the basis of the electric bridge. In order to further improve the efficiency and power density of the electric bridge and further reduce the size of the electric bridge product, United Electronics continued to develop the second generation of highly integrated EAU Gen2 three-in-one and multi-in-one electric bridge products, which will be delivered in batches from 2025. From the mass production of the first inverter product to the INV5U product currently under development, United Electronics has always been devoted to the development of inverter products, committed to launching products with high power density, high efficiency and high reliability. The delivery of 2 million inverters is inseparable from the successful development of self-packaged power modules. At present, United Electronics is developing a new generation of power modules PM6, which are expected to be mass-produced in mid-2025 and launched on INV5U and DINV5U products. United Electronics began mass production of I-PIN flat wire motors in 2019, and first incubated the innovative concept of X-PIN windings in 2021. Subsequently, in June 2023, it took the lead in realizing mass production of X-PIN flat wire motors, successfully filling the gap in domestic winding innovation technology. In order to maintain the leading position of oil cooling technology, United Electronics began to focus on the development of in-slot direct cooling technology with stronger cooling performance in 2024. The continuous performance and peak performance of this solution can account for more than 75%.
