Lumentum CEO optimistic about future sales growth

Although revenue for the quarter ended June fell 17% year-on-year to $308 million, Lumentum Chief Executive Alan Lowe said he expects to hit his $500 million quarterly sales target by the end of next year. This growth is expected to be driven primarily by increased sales of transceivers and externally modulated lasers (EMLs), with more significant growth expected in 2026 and 2027.
