80.25% of NIO’s charging stations are not owned by the company

On the NIO Charging Day on August 20, NIO founder Li Bin announced that NIO has built 23,009 charging piles. Surprisingly, 80.25% of the electricity is used by non-NIO electric vehicles. The three brands that use the most NIO charging piles are BYD (17.18%), Tesla (13.38%) and GAC Aion (7%), while NIO's own models account for only 19.75%.
