The battery swap joint venture company jointly established by CATL and Didi Chuxing, Times Xiaoju (Xiamen) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., was officially established on February 18. The company's registered capital is 330 million yuan, of which Times Electric Service Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CATL, holds 69.697% of the shares, and Zhejiang Xiaoju Energy Technology Innovation Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Didi, holds 30.303%.
