Infineon launches 200mm SiC products to lead innovation in the automotive and related industries

Infineon Technologies, a world-leading semiconductor company, announced that it has begun to provide customers with the first batch of SiC products using advanced 200mm silicon carbide (SiC) wafer manufacturing technology. These products are produced in Villach, Austria, and provide first-class SiC power technology for high-voltage applications.
